14 Days & 50 Working Hours: Once you receive your equipment, you have a full 14 calendar days and 50 working hours to inspect it and decide if it’s right for you.
Easy Returns & Exchanges: If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us by email before 5 PM PDT on the 14th day, and we’ll handle the rest. It’s that simple!
Full Insurance Coverage: Your equipment is fully insured during this period, so you don’t have to worry about any accidental damage or mishaps.
Buyback Option: If you choose to return the equipment, we offer a 100% buyback guarantee at the original purchase price (minus any fees or costs), as long as the equipment is still on your property and in its original condition.
Important Return Guidelines:
To ensure fairness and maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
The equipment has been modified or altered.
The equipment has been damaged or involved in an accident.
The equipment shows signs of alteration from its original condition.
The equipment has been used as collateral (encumbrance).
If the return is approved, the delivery will be at no cost to you. Refunds for approved returns are processed quickly, but please allow 1-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
